A brief introduction about the author and his work.
Thien Nguyen,hereinafter referred to as the author, was born in 1993 in Vietnam. He graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education in 2015 and from the University of Science VNUHCM in 2020 with a B.A degree in English language teaching and a B.S degree in IT, respectively. From November 2015 to March 2020, he was a salary worker at PHP Group International Vietnam, a U.S based insurance broker company. William was his company nickname. The idea of this application is as follows. Because his team works with an insurance software: namedly, FSC Rater, to get the quotation for the clients every single day. Most of inputs are done manually. He conceived an idea to create an application to get more work done in less time. Then, the first version of this tool was released by March 2019. After lots of updates up to now, FSC Utilities Plugin has many advanced features that help the using of FSC Rater become easier and faster than ever. Since Aug 2021, he has been a software engineer at CMC Global Company Limited.
